SWC Layaway Program:
- Layaway options are available with prior set up.
- Contact SWC to arrange for an item to be reserved for you.
- A non-refundable 25% deposit will be required, and shipping is due when the final payment is made.
- Layaway is not available in conjunction with discounts and/or promotions. If an item is claimed during a sale or during a Live promo discount Layaway plan will forfeit the discount/promotion and invoiced at full price
- Exceptions on items over 500$ promo or discount will still be applied to high cost items
- No promos on customs orders
- All payments made under layaway plan are non-refundable and non-creditable, regardless of cancellation.
- Layaways must be paid within 90 days
- I am happy to work with you if an emergency comes up, life happens. In the event of no contact however, I have to assume that the piece is no longer of interest. The downpayment and any money already paid is forfeit.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
I absolutely love creating custom works in collaboration with my customers. Not all custom requests can be honored however, and I will not knowingly copy another current/living artist's work as a custom. I am open to being inspired by the work of artists no longer with us, but will not create identical duplicates.
Your participation is key and it's very helpful. This is your piece, lean into what you'd like to see in your dream piece, if I can make it happen, nothing would make me happier! If the item you are requesting I feel I can not provide it justice or do not have the materials and I believe it would be better created by another artist with a different aesthetic, I may direct you to another artist to assure your dream piece reflects your style.
Customs include design time, creation time, materials, stone sourcing, and up to ONE revisions BEFORE creation is complete. During the design process I will send images or rough sketches of designs, sometimes I will send several examples to choose from.
Revisions must happen prior to the creation of the actual completed piece. Customs base price can range from $75-$200 depending on if it is a simple pendant or a statement piece and stone selection with 25% down payment due prior to the start of the design. The remaining balance + shipping will be due no later than 90 days after start of creation process and prior to shipping.
In the very rare event that a balance due remains unpaid for with no contact/response from the consignor, the piece will be listed for sale to the general public. I am happy to work with you if an emergency comes up, life happens. In the event of no contact however, I have to assume that the piece is no longer of interest. The downpayment and any money already paid is forfeit.
Right of Refusal Clause:
The client retains the right to not purchase commissioned piecing time, However, any money already paid prior to refusal will not be refund.

SIREN WIRE CREATIONS reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason with a full refund to the purchaser.
SHIPPING:

SWC items are mostly ready made but customs are made to order, and by hand. Creation time can take up to 14 business days, unless otherwise specifically noted on a product page. It is not uncommon that my work is ready to ship out sooner, often within a week.
- If you have a deadline, please contact the SWC to go over options SWC does not offer "rush service" on any custom order as each piece is created by hand after the order is submitted. Your patience is appreciated!
- If needing non-custom orders sooner customer will pay for extra shipping.
- All US purchases include tracking and insurance provided by the carrier.
- SWC uses UPS and USPS specifically to minimize transit time and therefore minimize damage. However, things can happen no matter how well packed an item is and therefore all items are insured for their full value.
- If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, contact SWC at sirenwirecreations210@outlook.com immediately.
International Orders:
- All customs and duty charges are the customer's responsibility. SWC will not fraudulently mark shipments as gifts. International orders are also sent insured.
- If you do not see your country listed for shipping rate information, please email me directly with your city/country and the item of interest. If possible, SWC will send you a shipping quote with a link in the order to complete your purchase.
- SWC does not ship to forwarding companies and reserves the right to refuse any sale.
- NOTE: International shipments refused for high import taxes are not returned to me by international post offices. Please be aware of your import taxes before ordering.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Refunds and Exchanges
- Due to the unique nature of SWC jewelry, SWC does not offer refunds. If you are unsure about a piece, please contact the studio prior to ordering. I am always happy to answer any questions you may have!
- All SWC rings are made to size. If you are unsure of your correct size please visit any fine jewelry store to be accurately sized.
- As a small independent custom studio, I have to remain firm on my refund policy. However, if you are unhappy with your SWC piece, customers must contact SWC within 7 days of receipt of your order to go over options
- Requesting a exchange or credit does not guarantee an approval and SWC reserves the right to deny a request.
- To request an exchange credit, please follow these simple steps:
- contact SWC at sirenwirecreations210@outlook.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. PLEASE DO NOT return an item without contacting first.
- Once you have received an exchange confirmation from SWC, repack the item carefully in its original packaging.
- Ship return items with tracking and insurance for the full value of the piece.* This is for your protection while it is in transit. If you fail to provide either of these, should the package be lost or damaged, SWC can not be responsible for replacement or store credit.
- Notify SWC that the item has been sent and include the required tracking information.
- Once the item is received, inspected and approved for restocking, you will promptly be issued a store credit.
*SWC does not refund or credit shipping in either direction for exchanges.
Returns are no fun for anyone -- please let us know if we can be of service in answering any questions you may still have prior to making your purchase.
REPAIRS:
Should you have an accident with your SWC jewelry you are welcome to contact SWC at sirenwirecreations210@outlook.com with photos and a description of the problem to receive a repair estimate. Please ensure adequate padding when shipping merchandise for a repair.
For shipping, refer to the exchange steps listed above. Include insurance and tracking as SWC can not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for shipping fees in both directions.
Online/ Live show sales and claims
- Any claim on an online/live sales show is a commitment to pay.
- Payment is due within seven days of the original claim.
- Layaway plans are available on online/live show claims with loss of discount (please see Layaway information)
- Claims that are not paid in full within seven days will be lost and restocked for others to purchase.
- If a customer fails to pay for claimed items on three separate occasions, the customer will be banned from participating in online/ live sale shows.
Online/ Live show sales Giveaway Events-
- Any claim on an online/ live sales giveaway show is a commitment to pay.
- Payment is due by posted date and time to be in the drawing.
- Layaway plans are NOT available on online/live show claims.
- If claims are not paid in full within time frame of the giveaway date you will not be eligible for drawing
- Claims not paid in time for drawing will lose the sale discount and have 7 days to complete payment
- If claims are not paid in full within seven days, claimed items will be lost to the customer and restocked for others to purchase
- If a customer fails to pay for claimed items on three separate occasions, the customer will be banned from participating in online/ live sale shows and giveaways.
Mini Giveaway-
- Mini giveaways do not require purchase but if no claims are made a $5 shipping fee is required if winner has no open basket or claims
- Giveaways can be held up to 2 weeks with no claims, if no claims have been made shipping will need to be paid or item will be forfeited.
Intellectual Property:
All photos, designs, and content on Siren Wire Creations pages, Social Media and Printed materials are the property of Siren Wire Creations and may not be copied or used without permission.
Liability:
Our jewelry is intended for personal wear only. Siren Wire Creations is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or misuse of products. Keep jewelry away from small children and pets.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Care instructions
Siren Wire Creations pieces are made with high quality copper and antiqued copper, 925 silver, silver and gold filled wire. Please take special care of your new wire wrapped pieces, they will last much longer and stay shiny and beautiful!
AVOID WEARING YOUR PIECES IN WATER
(Shower, pool, hot tub, washing hands, etc). Water can actually take the shine out of the metal and make it look dull and tarnished.
AVOID WEARING AROUND HARSH CHEMICALS AND CLEANERS.
This could include things like house hold cleaners, hair spray, lotions, perfumes, etc. Anything with strong chemicals can tarnish the metal.
STORE PIECES IN A SAFE PLACE.
When not wearing your new wire wrapped pieces, keep in a safe, dry place. A jewelry box or even a plastic bag would work well.
REMOVE BEFORE INTENSE ACTIVITIES.
Do not wear when doing an activity where your jewelry could be snagged, hit, scratched, etc.
USE A JEWELRY CLOTH TO RESHINE.
You can always use a jewelry cloth to bring back some shine to your piece. There are many affordable cloths available online.
FAQ
Are the stones real?
Yes, we use all natural gemstones unless specified in description. I will create, with other items such as gas, shells, and resin items.
My tracking shows delivered, but I never received the shipment?
Refunds or replacements are not offered for packages that show as delivered. Contact your local post office to speak to the carrier that delivered it. Maybe they put it in a place that was overlooked. Also check with anyone that resides with you, or neighbors. In 99.9% of cases, that will solve the issue.
