Custom Jewelry orders
Custom jewelry orders are only started and fulfilled once a 50% non-refundable deposit is made. Please allow a minimum of three weeks after full payment for custom jewelry orders to be created and shipped.
Payment plans on custom jewelry orders exceeding $100 USD are available. Payment plans must be paid in full within ninety days.
- 25% deposit is required on all custom jewelry payment plans
- Custom jewelry orders on a payment plan will not be created until payment in full is received
- A $50 penalty fee will be incurred if payment plans are not paid in full within ninety days. The $50 penalty fee will be deducted from funds already collected. Any remaining funds after the $50 penalty fee is collected will be refunded to the customer and the custom jewelry order will be canceled.
Any customer who fails to pay in full for three separate custom jewelry orders will no longer be allowed to place orders for custom jewelry with Siren Wire Creations.
Online/ Live show sales and claims
- Any claim on an online/ live sales show is a commitment to pay.
- Payment is due within seven days of the original claim
- Payment plans are not available on online/live show claims
- If claims are not paid in full within seven days, claimed items will be lost to the customer and restocked for others to purchase
- If a customer fails to pay for claimed items on three separate occasions, the customer will be banned from participating in online/ live sale shows.
Online/ Live show sales Giveaway Events-
- Any claim on an online/ live sales show is a commitment to pay.
- Payment is due by posted date and time to be in the drawing - Payment plans are not available on online/live show claims
- If claims are not paid in full within time frame of the giveaway date they are due 3 days after giveaway - - If claims are not paid in full within seven days, claimed items will be lost to the customer and restocked for others to purchase
- - If a customer fails to pay for claimed items on three separate occasions, the customer will be banned from participating in online/ live sale shows and giveaways.
- Giveaway shipping - Game giveaways require a $5 shipping fee if winner has no open basket or claims
- Giveaways can be held up to 2 weeks with no claims, if no claims have been made shipping will need to be paid or item will be forfeited.
Refunds
- All sales are final
- Refunds are only available on items that have been broken or damaged during shipping to the customer.
- If you have received a broken or damaged item, please email sirenwirecreations210@outlook.com as soon as possible with photos of the damage. If a replacement is available, it will be offered before a refund.
- Refunds will only be issued within 30 days after the customer’s order is delivered.
Care instructions
(shower, pool, hot tub, washing hands, etc). Water can actually take the shine out of the metal and make it look dull and tarnished.
This could include things like house hold cleaners, hair spray, lotions, perfumes, etc. Anything with strong chemicals can tarnish the metal.
When not wearing your new wire wrapped pieces, keep in a safe, dry place. A jewelry box or even a plastic bag would work well.
Do not wear when doing an activity where your jewelry could be snagged, hit, scratched, etc.
You can always use a jewelry cloth to bring back some shine to your piece. There are many affordable cloths available online.
Are the stones real?
Yes, we use all natural gemstones unless specified in description. I will create, with other items such as gas, shells, and resin items.
My tracking shows delivered, but I never received the shipment.
Refunds or replacements are not offered for packages that show as delivered. Contact your local post office to speak to the carrier that delivered it. Maybe they put it in a place that was overlooked. Also check with anyone that resides with you, or neighbors. In 99.9% of cases, that will solve the issue.
